This siding replacement gave the home a completely refreshed look with modern, durable fiber-cement materials. We installed James Hardie lap siding in Deep Ocean with a crisp Arctic White trim package, creating a clean, coastal-inspired contrast.Â
The exterior was fully wrapped with Hardie House Wrap and Hardie Tape for added protection, while Royal vented soffit, aluminum coil wrap, and a complete fastening system ensured everything was sealed and finished to last.
 The project came to $44,304, with the Hardie siding package being the largest portion of the investment.
Full James Hardie Siding Replacement – Edison, NJ
For this full exterior upgrade, we transformed the home with new James Hardie lap siding paired with detailed Hardie trim for a sharp, long-lasting finish.Â
The house was wrapped with Hardie House Wrap and Tape for improved weather resistance, while Wolf trim was installed around the garage and penetration blocks for extra durability. Aluminum coil wrap and a complete fastening system tied the project together for a polished, cohesive look.Â

This project refreshed the home with new ProVia windows designed for efficiency, comfort, and clean curb appeal. We installed fourteen Endure double-hung windows and two matching sliders, all with insulated frames and smooth operation.Â
Each unit received new interior casing, and divided-light grids were added to create a classic look. New-construction nail fins ensured a tight, long-lasting seal, while matching white finishes inside and out kept the home’s style consistent.Â
The remodel totaled $31,416, with the Endure windows making up the largest portion of the cost.
Full ProVia/Marvin Window and French Door Replacement at 57 Mallard Rd, Middletown, NJ
For this exterior upgrade, we replaced the home’s windows and French door with premium Marvin Elevate units for durability and weather performance. The double-hung windows offered strong PG50-rated protection, while the new inswing French door added security and a refined look.Â
Each unit was installed with full new-construction weatherproofing, insulation, and sealants for long-term reliability. Colonial grids and a crisp white finish tied everything together, and a full cleanup was completed with an on-site debris dumpster.Â

We have a complicated roof. Luca, Pedro, and Gabe all listened to our concerns and executed perfectly. The roof replacement, new skylights, and gutters all look amazing. We have dealt with a problematic overhang with a flat roof surface for several years.Â
They demo’d that area and rebuilt it with a beautiful metal roof. At their suggestion a couple new gutters were added to improve overall drainage as well. We could not be happier with the result.
