Ramon “Big Ray” Braga epitomizes the American Dream. From humble beginnings in Brazil to becoming one of the top contractors in the Jersey Shore, Ray has built a legacy of quality and excellence since 1988. As the Field Manager, he brings decades of experience, ensuring top-notch quality control, crew management, and effective communication on every project site. His work ethic and expertise continue to inspire the next generation of Braga leaders.
Lucas, as the Visionary of Braga Brothers Contracting, drives the company forward through creativity, problem-solving, and cultivating meaningful relationships. His focus on big-picture thinking allows him to develop new ideas and strategies while refining company culture and leading research initiatives to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
Pedro has been immersed in construction since childhood, starting as his father’s right-hand man and shadowing him on job sites from a young age. Now, as the Operations Manager of Braga Brothers Contracting, Pedro leads all crews, coordinates suppliers, and ensures seamless job execution. His leadership and hands-on approach drive the company’s success in project delivery and crew management.
Thiago, the youngest member of the family, is the force behind Braga Brothers' brand and marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, he drives brand awareness, lead generation, and manages the media team—all while pursuing a degree in Architecture. Thiago’s dedication to his family and business makes him the true foundation that supports the growth and vision of Braga Brothers.
Originally born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Gabe moved to the United States at the young age of 3. After graduating from Brookdale Community College, he gained hands-on industry experience working at a fiberglass company for three years. Gabe later met Pedro Braga through mutual friends, which led to his involvement with Braga Brothers Contracting. Today, he serves as the company’s lead Site Supervisor, overseeing project execution with precision and reliability.
Originally born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Nik moved to the United States at the young age of 1. A cousin of the Braga family, he graduated from Kean University with a degree in Finance and Business. He spent three years as an Operations Manager at a financial RA firm before joining Braga Brothers. Today, Nik serves as the company’s lead Project Advisor, where he thrives in consulting and guiding homeowners through the remodeling process.
Originally born in Pernambuco, Brazil, Thaillyne moved to the United States in 2018 after studying law in her home country. She spent over five years as an au pair in Chicago and New York before transitioning into her current career path. Devoted to her faith, she actively serves at her home church, Lagoinha Newark. In 2020, she met Lucas Braga through church and quickly became a valuable part of the Braga Brothers team. Today, she leads the inside sales division as the company’s dedicated Client Success Manager.
Was born in the United States and raised in Rio de Janeiro until the age of 16. With over seven years of experience in the restaurant industry, he worked at renowned establishments such as Denino’s Pizzeria, 618 Steakhouse, and Undici Italian Restaurant, where he developed exceptional customer service skills. After completing Braga Brothers’ sales training program, he took on the role of Project Advisor, helping clients navigate their remodeling projects with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Originally born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Rafael moved to the United States in 2021. He began working in construction at the young age of 13 back in Brazil, developing a strong work ethic early in life. With five years of professional experience as a hardwood flooring installer, he brings a detailed, craftsman’s eye to the jobsite. Devoted to his faith, Rafael serves at Ministerio Vida em Cristo in Long Branch under his Young Adults leader, Pastor James Gurgel. He met Lucas Braga during a young adults meeting at his home church in 2022 and now leads as a Site Supervisor, ensuring excellence on every project.
Gabriel is a Marketing graduate from Unifacig, where he earned a full ProUni scholarship and graduated top of his class. He worked for over three years managing media for Ray Braga’s businesses in Brazil, and also ran a successful marketing agency, presenting at international business events. He now leads all digital content and branding for Braga Brothers in the U.S. Gabriel is currently in the process of obtaining his U.S. visa and citizenship as a sponsored employee.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, Lucas AKA Captain makes sure that BBC never loses sight of their vision and resilience. Being the project manager for Big Ray, Captain was able to master the skills needed to succeed. As President he is ready to steer BBC into the future.
Not many could say that they were born to do something, but Pedro AKA The Rock can. Ramon’s right hand man, The Rock would sneak onto his father’s pick up since he was 5 years old. With vast experience aqcuired at such a young age Pedro now is the Head Contractor for BBC with plenty of hunger to grow.
The youngest family member Thiago AKA Little T is the engine behind this business. He has been building things in software and hardware from a young age. Always one to create things, he uses that skill for managing and marketing BBC. He's the pillar that holds this business together.
