✅ Video Production Experience: You know how to shoot and edit high-quality footage. If you’ve worked on construction projects or outdoor shoots, even better!

✅ Gear Knowledge: If you’ve got your own camera, mic, drone — awesome. If not, it’s not a dealbreaker.
‍
✅ Content Style & Social Trends: You keep up with the latest in Reels, TikToks, and short-form storytelling. You know what grabs attention and makes people stop scrolling.
‍
✅ Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and your own reliable way to get to our job sites around the region.
‍
✅ Language Skills: Speaking Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus — helps a ton on-site and with the crew!

THE GIG

Location: Mostly on-site at active projects

‍Hours: 8–15 per week (flexible depending on our project load)
‍
‍Rate: $30/hour 🗓️Work is part-time and project-based — let’s keep it efficient and sharp.
