WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Sales Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience leading sales teams — ideally in roofing, solar, or home improvement.
‍
✅ Proven Closing Method: You’ve mastered the consultative, one-call close approach and know how to guide clients from interest to signature.
‍
✅ Availability: Comfortable working Monday through Saturday.
‍
✅ Team Builder & Leader: You have experience hiring, training, and scaling high-performance sales teams.
‍
✅ Clear Communicator & Frontline Coach: You lead by example, know how to motivate, and aren’t afraid to jump in with your crew.

THE GIG

Location: Primarily in-person and in the field
‍
‍Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
Full-time | Flexible
‍
‍Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ OTE (base salary + team overrides + performance bonuses)
